MEET THE TEAM
DR. BRAD BANISTER
Dr. Brad grew up watching his father, Dr. Bob Banister, a physician, care for his patients in Conway and the surrounding areas. Seeing his father's selfless care for his community is what first inspired him to go into healthcare. Dr. Brad graduated from Conway High in 1977, Baylor University in 1981, and Louisiana State University Dental School in 1985. He completed a residency in advanced general dentistry in 1986, also at LSU. He has been practicing dentistry in Conway since June of 1986. Dr. Brad loves being a dentist. Helping people have a healthy, beautiful smile is his favorite part of dentistry, along with lifelong learning. Dr. Brad has gone above the normal requirements of a dentist and got his fellowship in implantology and has extensive education in all areas of general dentistry.
Dr. Brad is an avid reader, enjoys watching just about any sport, and loves his dogs and spending time with his family.

DR. ELIZABETH BANISTER
Elizabeth grew up in the dental office with her dad. It’s no surprise that she wanted to become a dentist herself. Elizabeth attended Baylor University, where she majored in Health Professions with a minor in Business Administration. She then went on the get her Master’s of Biomedical Science at Mississippi College. From there, she attended Dental School at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine or “DMD”.
Elizabeth is passionate about patient education and helping her patients to feel like equal partners in their oral healthcare. Elizabeth strives for excellence in her work and compassion in her interactions with her patients. Elizabeth believes that a healthy smile is a happy smile.
When Elizabeth isn’t off fighting cavities, she enjoys trying out new recipes, hiking, playing frisbee with her dog Luna, and spending time with her fiancé, Heath.
Paula Ross, RDA
In our opinion, Paula is the best RDA around. She has been working with Dr. Brad for about 20 years and learned long ago to read his mind. Paula is a gem in our office.
Katie Webb, RDH
Katie is a bright light in our office. She brings the joy and can clean teeth like no other. She is gentle and kind and we are lucky to have her!
Amy Reasoner
Amy is our Office Coordinator. She will greet you with a warm smile when you come in and helps keep us all organized. She is wonderful and so helpful!
